Thank you for your patience while we worked with the native network to resolve this issue. At this time, you should see Facebook private messages resume pulling into your inbox. However, please note that we expect a slight delay in those messages pulling in as our systems get fully caught up.
As of approximately 12:30 PM CST, we were able to implement a workaround for the Facebook bug causing the private message issues (details here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/409645122736736/
). We will also be working to backfill private messages that did not previously pull into your inbox as a result of the bug, prior to implementation of the workaround.
Finally, we have confirmed that the workaround will terminate when Facebook resolves the underlying issue, meaning that we anticipate there to be no further issues with Facebook private messages at this time and going forward.
