Earlier today (approximately 4:50pm - 5:15pm CST), Sprout Social experienced issues related to its Publishing features, which impacted creating and editing posts and the Publishing Calendar. Users may have been unable to load their Calendar during that time or may have seen error messages when creating or editing posts. Messages scheduled to be published during that time may have been published with a delay, and/or scheduled messages created at that time may not have been saved.

If you received any error messages while creating, editing, or deleting posts, we would encourage you to retry that action at this time.

The issue has since been identified and resolved, but if you're seeing any continued issues please contact support@sproutsocial.com. We're sorry for any issues this may have caused.
