Sprout Social recently encountered an outage on Thursday September 5th between 8:15 to 10:40 AM UTC.

During this time, several areas of the app were affected, including:
- Sprout failed to send Scheduled or Queued Instagram Push Notification Alerts.
- The Inbox may be missing Facebook private messages and Instagram comment mentions sent during this timeframe.
- Instagram Story reporting data during this timeframe will not be visible.
