This issue has now been resolved, and the ability to connect Facebook personal profiles, pages, ad accounts or Instagram business add-ons has returned to normal. Investigating
Facebook is currently experiencing issues with connecting or reconnecting Facebook personal profiles, pages, ad accounts or Instagram business add-ons to Sprout.
