We will be performing technical maintenance to Sprout Social on June 11th, 2019. This maintenance requires a scheduled downtime during the following window: 7:30pm-7:50pm
How does this impact you: -Web and Mobile Apps: The Sprout Social web and mobile applications will be unavailable during the maintenance window. The actual downtime window may be shorter, but please prepare for the full period. -Scheduled Messages: Messages scheduled to publish will be delayed and will send once downtime is complete. -Message Queue: Queue messages will be published in the next Queue slot once the downtime is over. No Queue messages will be lost. -Push Notifications: Push notifications may be lost or delayed during this window. -Social Profiles: Email alerts for disconnected profiles will be delayed, by up to 2 hours after the downtime window. -Billing: Customers won’t have access to billing during this window. -Data: Your Inbox and reports will include all activity data that occurred during the maintenance period.

Sprout’s Engineering team will be completing an upgrade to our infrastructure technology as part of our continuous investment on delivering the best software and service to our customers. The updates will enable our Product and Engineering teams to more rapidly build powerful and secure capabilities, while providing you with a trustworthy and enjoyable experience.
