We will be performing technical maintenance to Bots inside Sprout Social on April 11th, 2019. This maintenance requires a scheduled downtime during the following window:

3:00pm-3:30pm CT on Thursday, April 11th, 2019

During Downtime:
Messages coming to Bots will not be answered. Instead, messages to chatbots, including Quick Replies, will stream into the Smart Inbox like any regular message would. Once in the inbox, the bot will not respond or take any other action on them.

After Downtime:
Messages will remain in the inbox after the downtime, and the bots will take action (reply, complete or task) on messages received after the maintenance is completed.

Why is Sprout performing this maintenance?
Sprout’s Engineering team will be completing an upgrade to our infrastructure technology as part of our continuous investment on delivering the best software and service to our customers. The updates will enable our Product and Engineering teams to more rapidly build powerful and secure capabilities, while providing you with a trustworthy and enjoyable experience.
